| Abstract: | The implementation of new information and communication systems at the Thyssen Heinrichshuette AG in Hattingen /Ruhr/ is based on a participation system. In the process of development technical and structural aspects are involved, as well as organizational questions related to operating. The roughly hundred persons concerned can participate competently in the formation of the system provided they have the necessary qualification. The presented concept is designed to guarantee that those setting-up and operating a system have the necessary qualifications enabling them first to experiment with at least two alternative systems and eventually to operate the one chosen successfully. |
