| Abstract: | In planning and management of organization, it is desirable to possess decision support of higher capacity. Howerer, its utilization remains yet too complex for it users. It is demonstrated, upon the testing of a model of support for company diagnosis using three different expert systems, how one can encourage communication between decident and decision support system owing to interface in natural language. In order to maintain an exchange of content as natural as possible between man and machine this expert system permits the users to define by themselves the next of the questions to be asked and the available answers. |
