Abstract: | Raising the question of implementation of computer aided software engineering as an organizational change problem is appropriate for success. CASE implementation does not appear significantly different as a technological change. Implementation of new technology in a large organization requires communication mechanisms for diffusing the knowledge and enough slack to share techniques. Attention must be given to all critical success factors. |
