| Abstract: | The authors list four tasks, which each firm looking for export market entry must accomplish.They are; finding a market opportunity; assessing the resources; decision on appropriate administrative ways of dealing with exports; manning and managing the above export administration. The article gives the managerial implications important for successful export performance in the U.S. market.More study is recommended on a feature of adaptability as a key element for long rung successful operations. |
