Abstract: | Only 10 % of worktime is utilised in banking outlets, a very inefficient use of resources. Therefore one has to reinforce self-service solutions, active acquisition through freelance agents, cooperate with other financial institutions and offer complete financial packages, and to reduce drastically the network of outlets. |
