Abstract: | Management information systems should not remain pure technical installations for the transfer and exchange of data any longer. As personalities, companies are carried and stamped by human beings. Consequently, questions relating to the sense, legitimation, values, company culture and philosophy, in short human capital should be addressed. Arguments are provided that management, motivation and future strategies should not be omitted from the company's institutional dialogue with internal and external reference groups. A modern concept of Public Relations is defined and discussed. The development of the communications society is highlighted. The new trends in the interpersonal communication are also described and analyzed. |
