| Abstract: | As it is noted in the title the author reports on the beginnings of German educational policy after 1945 in a personal way. He refers especially to vocational training. He had personal experiences, he participated in the reorganization of the vocational education and at the same time he taught sociology in a pedagogical highschool as well. |
