| Abstract: | The economic and social changes of the last twenty-five years have created the need of flexible automation. Robotics want to meet this need. Its use, however, requests better planning methods and more preparation than the traditional automation. Engineering system is becoming absolutely necessary. An engineering system made by the Japan Industrial Robot Association (I.R.A.) is presented. |
