| Abstract: | Domestic licenses will be granted by mid-year for building 15 satellites and four spares. Of the satellites four will operate at Ku band, two at C band and nine both at Ku and C bands. The applicants are the GE American Communications Inc., Alascom Inc., Hughes Communications, GTE Spacenet, National Exchange, Contel ASC, and American Telephone and Telegraph Co. |
