| Abstract: | The article first enumerates the kinds of criminal behaviour involving computer: unauthorised copying of software, sale of computers to countries under COCOM ban, manipulation of programs (transfer of money to own bank account, virus programs), the use of computers in criminal activity (drug dealers). Next come quantitative estimates of the extent of these kinds of activities, legal provisions against them and strategies of prevention. |
