| Abstract: | The popularity of reinvesting will grow as an increasing number of companies are forced to perform the balancing act between cost reductions and the human factors that affect employee productivity. If approached haphazardly, reinvesting can become an ineffectual exercise in providing niceties for employees. If approached in a thoughtful manner, however, reinvesting can be a powerful competitive tool. In the instance, training is the best reinvestment. |
