Abstract:Employers still rely on recruitment advertising, but they are finding that the visual cliches are no longer attracting candidates effectively. Instead, several prominent hightech firms have begun using more creative techniques to reach potential employees. Although the individual ads are as distinctive as the companies they advertise, there are some common denominators that offer valuable lessons to other employers in need of giving their ad campaigns new life.
