| Abstract: | Some ten years ago, Credit Suisse (SKA) was one of the first companies in Switzerland to introduce the Assessment Centre method for the selection of key personnel. In the meantime, extremely positive experience has been gained with this method for the assessment of candidates for future managerial positions. The method's basic characteristics are considered and a number of positive effects on organizational and managerial issues are described. |
