| Abstract: | 'Next Steps' is a report published by the Prime Minister's Efficiency Unit in early 1988. The key aim of the present paper is to summarize all the work which try to help departments and agencies get the most of their investment in training and development as a means to promote management improvements sought by 'Next Steps'. It presents both a challenge and an opportunity to the Civil Service training community. |
