| Abstract: | To maintain a stable world economic order it is necessary to build a technology base in the developing countries. But there are difficulties in the transfer of technology to the LDCs. The main malfunctions of technology transfer are classified as structural, technological and behavioural. A prescriptive framework to achieve the successful transfer of technology is proposed. |
