Abstract:Corporate culture is the totality of thought patterns, value adherences, action paths used in a firm. Corporate culture is something relating to the collective. National and corporate culture are connected but different. Corporate culture is difficult to handle in the case of a multinational company where several national cultures are lurking in the background. There may be two strategies towards corporate culture in multinational companies, that of polycentrism and that of globalism.
