Abstract:The media government contract of 1987 regulated publicity in the medias. The author summarizes the standpoint of private medias. They want to prolong the after 20.00 o'clock only and max. 25 minutes per day restrictions on public medias, and loosen the regulations on in-the-middle-of-a- program advertisements, on special signalling of advertisements, on sponsoring and on political advertisements.
