| Abstract: | In capital companies vote tying contract whereby the contracting parties oblige themselves to vote in accord are common practice. Such contracts - if there are many of them - may come into conflict eith one-another and it is a delicate legal problem how to solve such conflicts. The article makes detailed propositions in what areas vote tying contracts should be banned. |
