Abstract: | Simulations used for employee selection can be very useful for predicting job performance. High-fidelity simulations can be very expensive and so it is worthwhile to explore low-fidelity simulations. This article is about a low-fidelity simulation for selecting entry-level managers in the telecommunications industry. The results show that even hypothetical work behaviour can predict performance. |
