Abstract: | Meaning in organisations is an interesting topic to both climate and topic researchers. One aim of this study is to use an alternative method of research that retains the strength of both the climate and culture approaches. The second aim is to explore interaction groups and the meanings they attach to organisational events. 64 members of an accounting firm were questioned and the methodological, theoretical, and practical implications of the results were discussed. |
