Abstract: | Understanding the nature of job burnout has become an important issue. Maslach's definition with the three aspects - emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and personal accomplishment - is the most widely accepted. The most widely used measure of the construct has been the Maslach Burnout Inventory. The purpose of the present study is to compare Maslach's three-factor model with other factor models of the MBI. |
