| Abstract: | According to some researchers work samples used as criteria are the best fidelity performance-measurement method available. In this study U.S. Air Force mechanic raters evaluated video-taped work-sample performances and they completed cognitive, personality, rating-style, and task-effort measures. The analysis was focused on the stability of observation-accuracy components and the pattern of individual-differences-observation- accuracy relationships. |
