Abstract: | The paper argues that today politeness is not enough for a manager, he should be politically educated, too. Many managers would benefit from a politically sensitive grasp of how attitudes and relationships are influenced by their own and others' class, ethnicity and gender. They need be taught what is normal in a quickly internationalizing business environment. |
