Abstract:When assessing job satisfaction researchers connect the job attitudes of different persons to a common metric. The current research gathered written reports of satisfying and dissatisfying job characteristics from workers. Clinical judgements were made and then correlated using both the traditional positivist, and the objective measures of work behaviour.
