| Abstract: | Since we began to borrow foreign money in 1979, debt has inflated, and China has become a sizable deter nation. From the viewpoint of macroscopic economy and microscopic economy, China will still borrow large sum of foreign money in the Eight Five-Year period. But from another point of view, the foreign exchange in the country is not fully utilized, and the effectiveness is low. Some is put out of the country to keep value and gain interest difference. In order to fully utilize the foreign exchange in the country, we should reform the financial management system, perfect the national unified open market of foreign exchange. |
