| Abstract: | The pressures to reduce overhead costs, raise output and, generally, increase productivity are now immense, and this situation has affected the HR function among many others. The enterprising computerised personnel information (CPIS) software house has not been slow to recognize an opportunity and, as a market sector, they have weathered recession better than most. This leaves the dilemma of where HR people find out about the software that may be able to help them and leads to the main purpose of this article - to provide a summary catalogue of the exhibitors who are attending CIP'94. |
