| Abstract: | The newly-established management system of foreign exchange which realized the unification of exchange rates and formed supply and demand of market-based and regulatory floating exchange rate, is the first important step made in achieving the goal of making RMB freely convertible. It also changes the country's management system of foreign exchange steer towards international practice. The vital condition for the success of reform is to stabilize exchange rate. |
