| Abstract: | The contents of reforming foreign exchange administrative system are: changing foreign exchange proportion preservation into quota cash preservation; changing dual exchange rate into managed sole floating exchange rate; founding foreign exchange market subordinated to foreign exchange bank; the export income is not verified by foreign exchange administration, but by account section of enterprises. In the general, the proceedings of foreign exchange administration must be simplified, and abandoning the administrative control of foreign exchange is the important content of reforming foreign exchange administrative system. |
