| Abstract: | During the period of Seventh Five-Year-Plan, the number of projects for technological transformation, carried out by the enterprises above county level in building materials industry was 291, with a total investment of 0.291 billion yuan accounting for 25.3% of the total investment of building materials industry at the same period, which has made 25% of the enterprises above county level transformed in varying degrees. The transformation focused on cement industry. Its investment in technological transformation constituted 85% of the total investment for the same purpose, new building materials 7.2% and other industries 7.8%. The ratio of reaching the aim of raising productivity by technological transformation reached 79.73% and the rate of investment returns 30.58%. |
