| Abstract: | A negotiation on technological transaction is expressed as the course of a game. Both sides attempt to strike a bargain with maximum gains and minimum risks. So two balancing conditions need to be satisfied in the game. One is to reach balance itself and the risks born by either side. The other is to form balance, to some extent, between both sides in risks and gains. |
