| Abstract: | Restricted by overheated economy and system in China, the central banked can not play its proper adjusting role in the operation of foreign exchange open market. The great increase of the fund occupied and used by foreign exchange has become the important reason for promoting the growth of basic money and pulling inflation. This paper thinks that we should (1) strengthen forecasting analysis of the quotations in foreign exchange market and judge correctly the relationship between supply and demand in that market; (2) perfect the reform of foreign exchange system and change the state of lacking secondary foreign exchange market; (3) reform the management system of foreign exchange reserve; (4) establish the system of coordinated operation of foreign exchange open market and RMB money market. |
