| Abstract: | Whatever model an enterprise adopts to develop high technology, to bring about a hi-tech revolution and structural upgrading in traditional industries, it must strengthen the building of development contingent and the formation of development ability with high efficiency and cohesion, and replace the obsolete technological knowledge by hi-tech knowledge. This is essential to development. It's nothing but an expedient measure to turn a blind eye to the conflict between the self-quality and internal demand of development of traditional industries, and try to simply introduce technology and transplant scientific research results. |
