| Abstract: | The main problems and suggestions on solving them in foreign -invested enterprises' providing funds are as follows: 1. For the problem of providing funds for equipments, we may take into account making some modifications in laws; 2. For the problem of funds which have not been in the hands of enterprises, the key is to strict enforcement of laws; 3. For the problem of false joint ventures, we should strengthen the legal education among the enterprises applying for establishing joint ventures beforehand, on one hand, and prohibit the illegal act from continuing on after the problem of false joint ventures arises, on the other hand. |
