| Abstract: | There are 6873 enterprises of various kinds, subordinate to Pudong New Area. Among them, 1756 enterprises had fulfilled the task of system transformation by the end of 1997, accounting for only 25.5% of the total enterprises. So such a task is still so arduous. After the 15th National Congress of the CPC, such a work presents an accelerating trend. Such measures as system innovation, industrial upgrading and expanding opening have been taken in transformation of enterprises' system. System innovation is first expressed in such aspects as the reform of economic system and development of modern enterprise system. Accelerating the system transformation of enterprises subordinate to Pudong New Area is the key point of key points of system innovation. |
