| Abstract: | Business secrets have 5 natures: the nature of secret, monopoly, novelty, practicality and efficiency. In addition, the so-called nature of economy, value, immateriality, management and legitimacy are worthy of discussion. At present there are many channels for business secrets to run off, among which the main channel is the job-hopping of jobholders. To resolve the contradiction between job-hopping and protection of business secrets, we should depend first on strengthening the regulations set by law, second on pursuing the policy of "three considerations". In this process, the interest of secret-related personnel should be protected. |
