| Abstract: | At present there is a unbalance between domestic currency and foreign currency in domestic and foreign operation. So we need to have new opinion of domestic and foreign currency balance operation and better distribution. Polical measure and guidance must organic unit and get balance. It need to solve and make domestic fund glive, accelerate YMB capital project exchange-free and open way of domestic and foreign currency interchange. |
