| Abstract: | The government procurement system (GPS) plays an important role in the economic life, such as providing public products , macro-adjusting fiscal policies, etc. At present, however, China has no unified GPS and therefore it causes a series of serious problems. The authors think that we should fully understand the current significance of establishing an GPS, and strive to set up an GPS suited to China's national conditions. To achieve this goal, first, the implementation scope of the GPS should be divided. Second, administrative apparatus system of the GPS should be established. Third, corresponding reforms of chained systems should be carried out. Finally, legal supervisory systems should be amplified. |
