Abstract:The author of the article state that it is important to show the importance of looking above the bottom line to the clients. The author of the article provides a story which began with an embezzler diverting substantial funds from his employer to himself. The story ended with several investigations trying to catch him but making big mistakes. The author tells how this real-life fraudster operated and what the people should have done to nab him and provides his ideas what the one the CPA can do to protect his or her clients.
