Abstract:In modern marketing theory the dynamic sales development is subject to a price change. In the present paper a price model is introduced which is based on the Adaptation Level Theory. It uses scanner data from thirteen different brands of paper towels. The results are summarized and investigated in order to avoid wrong price decisions.
