| Abstract: | This article examines at-will employment doctrine with the help of an instrument that comprises the complementarity of results-based utilitarian ethics, rule-based duty ethics and virtue-based character ethics. Description of the method, evaluation of employment at-will doctrine and implications of the findings are presented. |
