| Abstract: | The article presents the expert system MBO-CONSULT which contains in a structured way all the expert knowledge what consulting people use when deciding about the feasibility of a management- buy-out deal. Through MBO-CONSULT the user - both investment consulting people of banks and would-be proprietors - have an access to the relevant legal restrictions, to risk calculations, time schedules etc. |
