| Abstract: | The article examines a set of case studies to analyze practices of managerial resistance, enrolment and counter-enrolment through which an unofficial manager network practiced formal HRM practices to counteract the company's official plans to close production facilities. The results are analyzed by utilizing actor-network theory. |
