| Abstract: | To form a self-binding population control mechanism in the countryside. Three measures should be taken. First, education of women should be improved because population production is related to the education level and social position of women. Second, more money should be paid in children's education and training. Children's value structure of family and society should be changed. And third, social security system meeting needs of old-aged in the countryside should be set up. |
