| Abstract: | According to the sampling survey of residents in five prefectural-level cities in Shandong province, this paper analyzes the features and trends of urban residents' social mobility. By analyzing data, it first brings to light the trends, extent and ways of urban residents' occupational mobility and then analyzes the hereditary, individual and structural factors. It also discusses the special issues facing social mobility during the period of shift of economic system and social transformation and several trends related to urban residents' social mobility as well. |
