| Abstract: | The organizational structure and business characteristics of enterprise groups put high requirements on financial service. This contradicts with the current financial credit system of China. Therefore, only by throwing enterprise groups themselves into financial undertakings and by developing financial organs with enterprises as the target of service can they solve the problem of capital. |
