Checking and clarifying creditor's rights, debts, releasing enterprises from debt burdens by changing insolvency into shares and making in curable enterprises declare bankrupt; 3. Resettling the redundant workers through many channels; 4. Separating the functions of logistic service and social service from enterprises; 5. Speeding up the reform of other related systems. |
