| Abstract: | As the integration of global economy, the deepening of China's reform and opening, and the intensification of the will to deepen the management by enterprise groups, the time is mature for them to invest in the transnational business on greater scale. But with an international comparison, China's enterprise groups have some constraints on themselves, including smaller scale, backward technologies, weak capacity against market competition, low effect of management and low level of organizational management, etc.. It is proposed that enterprise groups should develop into mother enterprises for direct investment abroad. |
