Abstract: | Survey research involves the understanding of exchange theory, a knowledge of the way prospective respondents can be convinced to participate and a command of proper survey design techniques. However, unique survey situations require that known procedures be expanded and adjusted to fit the needs of environments that do not conform neatly to one of the commonly used methods of data collection. |
