Abstract:This report studies the international market for menswear with particular reference to six key economies of France , Italy, Germany, Spain and the United Kingdom. The data period covered is 1989-1993 for current trends and 1993-1998 for forecasts. The menswear market comprises clothing for men of 15 years and over, thus excluding all children's and baby articles. For the purposes of this report Euromonitor defines menswear to include outerwear, knitwear, leisurewear and underwear.
