| Abstract: | The order of circulation of commodity refers to the organisational state and behaviour state of the subject of commodity circulation, its management and the subject of regulation and control, formed in the activities of commodity transaction. The disorderly operation of commodity circulation results from the intensifying interest contradictions and conflicts between the interests of the government, enterprises and consumers which exist independently. So, to avoid the disorderly or chaotic behaviour in commodity circulation, the behaviour of the government, market intermediary institutions and enterprises should be standardised and the behaviour of consumers guided correctly. |
